Indeed… It’s been quite some time since I last woke up to a “nice” leg cramp that made me squirm like a worm. Even “better,” after trying to push on the cramp spot to calm the muscle down, I got another cramp on my side (since I was struggling to bend to the side…). I took plenty vitamins and ate a lil more salty foods in the next few days.
