So, I ordered one new thing that I really like from a restaurant that I happen to enjoy, and I loved it… but then the next time I ordered it like a few days later, the portioning and quality were so off that it was so disappointing. Now I’m not sure if I should order it again. How unfortunate. Anyway, I hope you all have a great day and get what you ordered with the quality doesn’t change for the worse~ Take care!

Happens, and it feels like you’ve ordered from the wrong restaurant (or shop/market), but no, it’s just corporate greed (and the equivalent for tiny businesses). It’s an insult to your taste buds and stomach.
Find out who is working the kitchen on the day they made it the way you like it and who made it the day you didn’t. Could just be who made it. Could also be the time of day/how busy they are. It’s what I do for inconsistent restaurants.
