Hello~
I hope you have all been (and stay) well~ I’ve recently been trying out bittermelon / bittergourd after being insipired by a YT video by Beryl Shereshewsky… but oh my gosh, if done wrong, the vegetable really lives up to its name. >~< She made them look really good tho… so I will at least try one more time.
